RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsibility of all official brand accounts on Social Media („aiways.official“).
- Structured management of all Aiways European brand accounts on Social Media.
- Coordination and management of all relevant stakeholders (internal teams, agencies, importers, photographers, influencers...).
- Monitoring and analyzing of social media key figures and social listening.
- Understanding of the trends and techniques of social media as well as the company’s presence.
- Development and ongoing adaptation of a long-term-cross-channel social media strategy in collaboration with the agency.
- Content and editorial planning in cooperation with the agency.
- Development of strategy for cooperation and partnerships
- Development, implementation, evaluation and optimization of social campaigns and marketing measures on the social networks.
- Social boost setting-up, analyzing and optimization.
- Conception, planning and coordination of asset creation via external graphic design, photo shoots and video productions.
- Active community management (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Budget planning and control.
- EU_wide Social asset management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in social media management.
- Proficiency in several social media platforms.
- Proven experience with paid media.
- Have an analytical mindset, with strong analytical, data-driven and performance-oriented skills.
- Flexible, proactive and agile.
- Ability to provide Love to think of new ideas with a creative mentality.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g. "falcon")
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Fluent in English and German.
- Excellent communication skills with regards to internal and external stakeholders.
