For our European head office in
we are looking for a Product Support Engineer
who will be a part of the Product Support Team.
Project management of various infrastructural, cross-platform, and SaaS rollouts.
Develops, maintains and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, Information specifications, timelines, funding and staffing.
Ensuring accomplishment of the project goals withing the set framework (time, budget, quality),
Control and coordination of the project team.
Established and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders, and providing various technical solutions.
Be a contact point for business and involved technical internal and external parties.
Elicit and develop business requirements and work on them together with the technical team.
Contribute to internal organization processes, building knowledge, quality assurance, and support.
Bachelor's Degree or above in Informatics, Information Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant disciplines.
Several years of experiences in project management.
Solid technical background with knowledge and/or hands-on experience in IT infrastructure/System architecture/software development/web technologies.
Experience in the coordination of project processes according to common PM standards.
Experience with elicitation and development of requirements.
Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry based on requests.
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Excellent verbal and written English and German skills, Chinese is a plus
Strong analytical mindset, assertiveness, proactivity, and curiosity.
