RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project management of various infrastructural, cross-platform, and SaaS rollouts.
- Develops, maintains and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, Information specifications, timelines, funding and staffing.
- Ensuring accomplishment of the project goals withing the set framework (time, budget, quality),
- Control and coordination of the project team.
- Established and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders, and providing various technical solutions.
- Be a contact point for business and involved technical internal and external parties.
- Elicit and develop business requirements and work on them together with the technical team.
- Contribute to internal organization processes, building knowledge, quality assurance, and support.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Informatics, Information Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant disciplines.
- Several years of experiences in project management.
- Solid technical background with knowledge and/or hands-on experience in IT infrastructure/System architecture/software development/web technologies.
- Experience in the coordination of project processes according to common PM standards.
- Experience with elicitation and development of requirements.
- Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry based on requests.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Excellent verbal and written English and German skills, Chinese is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset, assertiveness, proactivity, and curiosity.
