For our European head office in Munich, we are looking for a Connectivity Support Specialist (f/m/x), who will be a part of the after-sales team.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
- The purpose of the role is to act as a representative of the Connectivity Support Specialist customers, retailers and supporting them in solving complex connected car problems remotely. If required need to support by a visit onsite.
- To identify educational and training needs at distributors in Europe and in agreement with the responsible Manager to fill the connectivity competence gaps where possible.
- To act as the technical specialist towards the EU HQ in reporting back connected car concerns via the assigned processes.
- Within the regional area of responsibility, contribute to Customer Satisfaction through.
- Investigate and solve technical connected concerns on vehicle case that have been escalated and have been assigned by the responsible manager.
- Feedback of solutions and results into the assigned systems and processes.
- Investigate and analyse specific technical concerns on special request for follow-up or resolution purposes.
- Assist partners and follow up with new versions the implementation of Connected Services.
- report performance on escalated and investigated support cases.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2-5 years of solid experience of automotive technical engineering.
- Proven technical competence in EV specific areas • Special skills in the work area of Vehicle electronics and CAN log analysis.
- Experience of after-sales or customer service area, (dealer/importer, national sales company etc) is a plus.
- Experience of Mobile App/ Diagnostics Software/ Remote diagnosis/ OTA is a plus.
- Strategic, analytical, and tactical abilities
- Ability to share knowledge and learning, proven training skills
- Good Team working skills and networking ability
- Analytical and self-driven with inspirational and motivating appearance.
- Excellent communication and presentations skills in English, German, and French language. In addition, good knowledge of one of the following South European languages would be an advantage: Spanish & Portuguese
- High general computer skills in MS Office
- Ability to work independently
- High attendance to travel
- High focus on end customer
